Ericka R. Warren
EVOLUCION GROUP PRINCIPAL & CEO
Ericka Warren is a mission-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, operations, and organizational development. She is nationally recognized as an educator, coach, and facilitator, bringing extensive expertise in creating inclusive communities and leading transformative, equity-centered discussions. A skilled strategist, Ericka is known for her ability to identify gaps, develop creative solutions, and integrate equitable engagement strategies that drive organizational efficiency and meaningful change.
As Principal of Evolucion Group LLC, Ericka specializes in facilitation, strategic communications, and equitable engagement. She serves as the facilitator of the Historic Albina Advisory Board and is a Strategic Consultant for the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project, ensuring community voices remain central in decision-making. She has led major community initiatives, including the Oregon Community Foundation Albina Arts Project, working to preserve culture and reinvest in historically significant communities.
In addition, Ericka is a visionary event producer with experience designing and executing intimate gatherings to large-scale community events. From cultural festivals and industry networking experiences to high-impact social initiatives, she curates dynamic, immersive experiences that foster connection, education, and community-building.
A passionate community leader and advocate, Ericka is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and fostering inclusive spaces. Prior to founding Evolucion Group, she built a successful career in the entertainment industry, specializing in operations, finance, and strategic planning. As an award-winning songwriter and producer, Ericka received the 2011 ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Award for her contributions to music. She has also been a featured vocalist on multiple gospel projects, collaborating with and sharing the stage with some of the most notable voices in music. Her experience in both the creative and business aspects of the industry informs her approach to leadership, strategy, and community impact.
Ericka holds both a BA and MBA from the University of Oregon and serves as President of the UO Black Alumni Network. She is also a member of the UO President’s Diversity Advisory Community Council, where she helps shape policies and initiatives that promote equity and inclusion at the university. Recognized for her impact, Ericka was named one of the 2021 Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon Women of Vision and was honored by the Portland Chapter of the NAACP as a 2024 Community Influencer.
With a deep-rooted passion for championing fairness and access, fostering community empowerment, and producing transformative experiences, Ericka continues to drive meaningful change at the intersection of business, community, and culture.
